House of Freedom supports ambulatory adults with developmental, intellectual, and complex needs, including autism, fetal alcohol spectrum disorder, and related conditions. Every placement is reviewed individually to ensure a safe and appropriate fit.
Support may include personal care, daily routines, meals and nutrition, medication routines, household skills, communication, community participation, and individualized goal planning.
Activities are shaped around each resident’s interests and abilities and may include arts and crafts, games, music, nature walks, gardening, recreation, community outings, and seasonal celebrations.

House of Freedom is located at 2873 14th Line in Gilford, Ontario. Vital Group Home is located at 689 Northline Road in Fenelon Falls. Tours can be arranged for prospective families and care professionals.
Yes. Qualified staff are available day and night to provide support, assistance, supervision, and reassurance according to each resident’s assessed needs.
Trained staff support prescribed medication routines according to documented instructions and established safety procedures. Records are maintained, and communication with families and healthcare providers is coordinated as appropriate.
Our approach begins with the individual. We focus on dignity, consistency, meaningful daily life, family and care-team collaboration, and support plans shaped around each resident’s needs, preferences, abilities, and goals.
